Alexander Géza Hartner has a diverse work experience. Alexander Géza started their career as a Trainee at Getzner in October 2008 and worked in various roles within the company. From March 2010 to June 2016, they served as a Product Manager for the Railway division. Then, from July 2016 to December 2017, they worked in the Stabsstelle Produktmanagement role. After that, they were involved in Corporate Development (Sustainability, Digitalisation & Innovation) from January 2018 to September 2022. Currently, they hold a role in Corporate Sustainability at Getzner, starting in October 2022. Prior to their time at Getzner, they worked as an Automation Engineer at Eberle Automatische Systeme GmbH from December 2006 to September 2008.

Alexander Géza Hartner pursued their education in a variety of academic institutions. Between the years 2022 and 2024, they attended Fachhochschule des BFI Wien, where they focused on MSc Sustainability und Responsible Management. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they obtained a Diplom from the FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Technisches Produktionsmanagement. Additionally, in 2000 and 2001, they attended Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck and studied Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
