Marc Stern

Marc Stern has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marc 'smost recent role is as the Head of Construction at Getzner - engineering a quiet future, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IABG mbH for nearly a decade, holding the position of Head of Sales from April 2013 to April 2022.

Before their time at IABG mbH, Marc worked at P+Z Engineering GmbH, where they held multiple roles. From October 2010 to March 2013, they served as the Key-Account-Manager VW, focusing on screening potential sites, establishing relationships with VW, and business development. From July 2009 to March 2013, they were the Key-Account-Manager AUDI, responsible for business development, managing relationships with Audi, and financial management. Marc also held the position of Team Leader at P+Z Engineering GmbH from July 2008 to June 2009, where they built and managed a team and conducted thorough research. In addition, they worked as a Test Engineer at P+Z Engineering GmbH from November 2006 to July 2008, primarily working on optimization and operation of a comfort test bench at BMW Research and Development center.

Throughout their career, Marc has achieved significant milestones such as initiating and intensifying business relations with VW, ensuring substantial site growth at AUDI during the world economic crisis, improving team awareness and motivation, acquiring comprehensive customer background knowledge, and improving processes and quality of test results.

Marc Stern attended the University of Reading from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies. Marc then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Diplomacy at the same university from 2002 to 2003. Continuing their education, Marc attended the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Zwischenprüfung Magister in Political Studies.
