Christina Gullo

Christina Gullo, MBA, SHRM-SCP, MSW, currently serves as the Chair for Nominating & Governance at Geva Theatre and as Owner/Partner at True North Executive Solutions. With significant experience in leadership roles, Christina has held positions such as President/CEO of Villa of Hope, where oversight included a $25 million operating budget, and Chairperson of Your Health Partners BHCC, focusing on healthcare collaboration. Christina has also contributed as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Children's Health Home of Upstate New York and served on the board of the Council of Family and Child Caring Agencies. Christina's earlier career includes extensive roles at Catholic Family Center, advancing from Social Worker to Chief Operating Officer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, an MSW from Marywood University, and a BA in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.
