Jenifer Jeanne Meinholz

Jenifer Jeanne Meinholz is a Fermentation Research Associate II at Gevo since 2009, specializing in the fermentation process for renewable isobutanol and scalable cream yeast inoculum production. Proficient in utilizing gas and liquid chromatography for the analysis of substrates and products, Jenifer has also held roles such as Facility Manager, Lab Coordinator, and Media Prep Technician, where responsibilities included coordinating lab consumable orders, managing inventory, and preparing media and cultures. Prior experience includes working as a Laboratory Assistant at MATC-Biotechnology Lab from 2008 to 2009, focusing on experiment documentation and laboratory maintenance. Jenifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science with a Biotechnology Certificate from Community College of Aurora.
