Christine A. Martin, CHRP, CCP has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Christine A. currently holds the position of Senior Director, Talent and Culture at Gexel Telecom, where they lead projects in employee relations, organizational development, performance and diversity management, compensation, and recruitment. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Talent and Culture at Gexel Telecom and Director of Human Resources at Luxury Retreats. Christine also founded CMart Consulting, where they provided personalized HR services including talent acquisition and management, diversity management, coaching and leadership development, and HR redesign. Christine A. Martin, CHRP, CCP has a diverse education history. Christine A. holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University, obtained from 2009 to 2012. Christine A. also earned a Certificate in Public Relation and Marketing from McGill University, completing it in 2001. Christine's educational journey started with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from McGill University, earned between 1998 and 2001. Before attending university, they completed their Social Psychology DEC at CEGEP - John Abbott College from 1990 to 1992. Christine acquired their high school education at Quisqueya Christian School from 1984 to 1990. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Coach Practitioner designation from the International Coach Federation in 2014.
