Nicole Jeanrenaud has a extensive work history that spans several industries and roles. Nicole began their career in 1995 at Geneva Arena, where they served as a Contract Officer and Executive Assistant in Communication and PR. In 1998, they worked as an Audiovisual Rights Coordinator at Montreux Jazz Festival. From 1999 to 2001, they served as a Programme Coordinator for Youth and Education TV Programmes at the European Broadcasting Union. Nicole later transitioned to the role of Project Manager for Scripted Programmes and Drama TV series and Films at Eurovision TV within the same organization, where they worked until 2013.

In 2014, Jeanrenaud joined Georg Fischer, GF Machining Solutions as a Communication and Events Manager. Nicole then moved on to GF Machining Solutions in 2015, taking on the position of Marketing and Communications Manager for Market Segments. In 2021, they became an Account Manager for Market Segments and Sustainability at Georg Fischer, GF Machining Solutions. Later in 2021, they took on the role of Head of Content and Production at GF Machining Solutions and is currently still in that position. Additionally, starting in 2023, they will assume the role of Head of Central Marketing at the same company.

Nicole Jeanrenaud obtained a Licence en droit (Law degree) from Université de Genève, where the duration of the program is unknown. Nicole also completed a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Sustainable Management from HEG Geneva in 2014-2015.
