Stefano Foghini

Stefano Foghini is an experienced engineer specializing in electrical discharge machining (EDM) and currently serves as an Ingegnere applicativo at United Machining since July 2025. Previously, Stefano held several positions at GF Machining Solutions, including Global Application DS EDM Leader and Application Engineer for Die-sinking EDM Machining, and worked as a Tecnico EDM at CRtechnology from December 2012 to September 2014. His expertise includes researching technologies that balance surface roughness, processing speed, and electrode wear to meet machining requirements and customer needs. Additionally, Stefano has a background in swimming instruction from a tenure at Sisport Fiat. Stefano holds a Laurea in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and a Diploma from Liceo Scientifico Salesiano Valsalice.
