Allison Hubbard

Senior Principal & COO at GFF

Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Treasurer, Allison A. Hubbard, MBA, joined GFF in 1997. With over 24 years of experience, she has been a key leader and motivator for GFF and directs the business operations of the firm, including managing corporate finances and legal matters as well as accounting and human resources, and creating, executing and implementing operating strategies and policies. In a critical business role, Allison works with more than 130 practicing architects, interior designers, interns, and support staff in handling their financial, healthcare, and other human resources related issues. She embraces the ever-challenging need to stay informed of new trends and legislation affecting all aspects of GFF’s corporate affairs. Allison is a trusted advisor and as such, serves on GFF’s Board of Directors, is a member of the Executive Leadership team, and is GFF’s Corporate Treasurer.

Allison is a member of several professional organizations including the CFO Alliance, Dallas Human Resource Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also an avid volunteer for several civic organizations, taking leadership roles within each. Currently, she serves on the Board for Incarnation House, a non-profit that offers a safe place for at-risk teens in Dallas to come afterschool to build relationships, with caring adults, receive meals, and gain access to essential services. Allison graduated from the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Dallas Class of 2009 and remains an active member of Leadership Dallas Alumni. In 2016 she graduated from The Real Estate Council’s (TREC) inaugural Executive Leadership Class (ELC) and a is 2006 graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council (ALC). She served as the ALC Alumni’s Treasurer and is a past member of the ALCAA steering committee. She served on the American Cancer Society High Plains Division – North Texas Region’s Greater Dallas Board and served as the 2014-2016 Chair. Additionally, she is serving a three year term (2019 – 2021) on TREC Foundation Board, recently served as the Chair for TREC’s Professional Services Committee and serves on the both the Leadership Development Advisory Committee and the Talent Capital Forum. Her other passions include adoption advocacy for “Adopt the Right Way” and the American Cancer Society’s Corporate Hero Circle. She currently serves on the Board as Treasurer for Empower Zambia, a non-profit organization based in the United States that seeks to establish itself as a leading professional business training program in Zambia, Africa. Allison is a Host Committee Member for Soup’s On! 2019 benefitting the Stewpot, which has been serving second chances to our neighbors experiencing and at-risk of homelessness. She is also current member of the Women’s Auxiliary to Children’s Medical.

Allison received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edward’s University, and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University. Allison is a member of Park Cities Baptist Church and resides in Dallas with her husband and three children.
