Dom Needler

Dom Needler has a diverse work experience in the digital media industry. Dom joined Gfinity PLC in 2019 as the Head Of Operations for the Digital Media group, responsible for driving the strategic vision, overseeing operations and product processes, and developing business relations. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Digital Product Operations and Digital Media Manager at Gfinity PLC, where they focused on team management, website launches, campaign management, partner relationship management, and growth strategies. Before joining Gfinity PLC, Dom worked at News UK as a Content Editor & Social Media Manager for The Sun/Dream Team Gaming, where they handled scripting/editing video content, SEO-driven editorial content, reviews, media agency and publisher liaison, and social media management. Dom also worked at Jargon PR as a Junior Account Executive during their university placement, gaining experience in B2B tech PR. Dom's experience encompasses various areas of digital media, including operations, product management, team management, content creation, and social media marketing.

Dom Needler attended Bournemouth University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations. Prior to their university education, they attended Reigate Grammar School from 2007 to 2014, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Dom has obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they earned the AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International. In February 2021, they completed the Small Business Leadership Programme from Solent University. Later in February 2021, they obtained the AgilePM® Practitioner certification, also from APMG International. Recently, in December 2022, Dom completed the Successful Post-Merger Integration Training Course offered by The Merger Training Institute.
