Leanne Barton

Leanne Barton has a diverse range of work experience in the HR and People & Culture field. Leanne most recently served as the Interim HR, People & Culture Manager at Retail Energy Code Company. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People at Gfinity PLC. Leanne also worked as an HR Business Partner UK at ESG and as the Head of People & Culture and HR Manager at PFP ENERGY LIMITED. Leanne started their career as a Human Resources Assistant / Advisor at Wavin UK and a Human Resources Assistant at Greencore.

Leanne Barton completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Central Lancashire in 2009. Before that, they attended Collegiate High School from 2000 to 2005. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued CIPD level 3 in Human Resources Management and Services at Doncaster College. Recently, from 2020 to 2021, they enrolled at Blackpool and The Fylde College to study CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management.
