Aldo Burani has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aldo is currently the Director of Sales Operations at GFL SA. Prior to that, they worked at Heraeus as the Head of Back Office Commodities and Head of Back Office Refining & Bank Products. Before that, they were a Sales Consultant at Generali, where they promoted the Generali brand, analyzed client portfolios, and provided insurance consultancy. Aldo also worked as a Wellness Coach at Independent Wellness Coaching. Aldo'searlier experience includes working as an Operation Manager at Bulker Chartering and Management SA, where they managed relationships with ship owners and brokers and handled shipping contracts. Aldo also served as a Sales Administration & Export Sales Manager at Technogym, where they managed Scandinavian countries, developed African and Middle Eastern distributors, and oversaw a team of customer service assistants. Aldo's earliest experience was as an After Sales and Sales Manager at GEA Group, where they managed a team and strengthened the company's business through new applications and after-sales management.

Aldo Burani completed a Master of Business Administration degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in Profingest, Bologna between 1996 and 1999. Prior to that, they graduated with a Diploma di Specializzazione Elettronica Industriale from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale in Parma between 1991 and 1996.
