Gregory Ericson

Gregory Ericson is a seasoned project executive and design manager with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently at GFP Real Estate since August 2018, Gregory has overseen significant projects including 301 First Avenue, 7 Hanover Square/100 Pearl Street, David Geffen Hall, and 25 Water Street. Prior to this role, Gregory served as a project manager at Tribeca Associates, LLC, managing notable developments such as the Smyth Hotel and Little Park Restaurant. Earlier career roles include project manager positions at CBRE and Rizzo Group, as well as an analyst role at Rosin & Associates. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
