Ria van Dorrestein

Ria van Dorrestein has extensive experience in healthcare management and nursing. Currently serving as Bron- en contactonderzoek at GGD Fryslân since July 2020, Ria previously held various leadership roles at Wilhelmina Ziekenhuis Assen, including Leidinggevende Zorg Polikliniek Chirurgie and Teamleider Polikliniek Gynaecologie en Kindergeneeskunde. Ria's earlier positions include Teamleider at LifeLinesNL and responsibilities in team management at Interzorg Noord Nederland and Icare. Ria began a nursing career at Groene Kruis Slochteren and has built a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Verpleegkunde from Hanzehogeschool Groningen, alongside multiple nursing qualifications and training in middle management.
