Tjitske Sijbrandij

Tjitske Sijbrandij is a seasoned professional in environmental health with a current role as Milieugezondheidskundig adviseur at GGD Fryslân since September 2020. Previously, Tjitske Sijbrandij held leadership positions at Eurofins Food, Feed & Water Testing Netherlands from February 2016 to August 2020, where responsibilities included team leadership in analytical chemistry and managing laboratory projects. Earlier experience includes working as a microbiologist and QC engineer at Abbott Medical Optics, focusing on medical device production and research under GMP conditions, and as a PhD student at ACTA, where Tjitske Sijbrandij conducted research on antimicrobial peptides.
