Dagmar Hekelaar

Dagmar Hekelaar has over two decades of experience in various roles related to ICT and support services. Currently serving as a Scrummaster and Projectleder ICT at GGD Zaanstreek - Waterland since January 2011, Dagmar has also worked as a (Junior) Systeembeheerder and Medewerker servicedesk ICT. From December 2019 to April 2022, Dagmar held the position of Hoofd Informatie/ondersteuning at Veiligheidsregio Zaanstreek-Waterland. Prior experience includes diverse roles in facility services, communications, human resources, youth healthcare, and secretarial duties at Evean from 1998 to 2010. Dagmar's educational background includes studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Essex, as well as secondary education at RSG Purmerend.
