Jennemieke Otger

Jennemieke Otger has been serving as a Teamcoach at GGZ Noord-Holland-Noord since April 1999, specializing in observing and treating children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders, including autism spectrum disorders and various psychological issues. In addition, Jennemieke Otger operates a private practice since October 2008, providing expertise as a supervisor, coach, and intervisor, focused on enhancing job satisfaction and performance. As a certified confidant for unwanted behaviors since May 2008, Jennemieke Otger ensures a safe work environment by assisting employees with complaints regarding inappropriate conduct. Furthermore, from September 2008 to September 2012, Jennemieke Otger provided supervision to students in Social Pedagogical Assistance at Hogeschool INHOLLAND, supporting their transition into the professional field. Jennemieke Otger holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, completed in 1990, along with various additional qualifications in the field.
