Eric Ankrah

Eric Ankrah is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in management and research within the tourism and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Country Manager at FLOOR FOR AFRICA since January 2021, Eric focuses on providing concrete floors to rural areas in Africa to improve health and create job opportunities. As Director of Operations at Treasure Hill Lodge since September 2020, Eric oversees the facility's accommodation and catering services. Additionally, Eric contributes as a Junior Researcher at The Polish University Abroad and has held multiple roles at the Ghana Tourism Authority since 2011, including Senior Standard & Quality Assurance Officer and Product Development and Investment Officer. Eric's career began with a role as a Research Assistant at the Ghana Revenue Authority, followed by an Adjunct Lecturer position at Yehsua Institute of Technology. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Cooperation Policy with a focus on Tourism and Hospitality Management from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography & Resource Development, Sociology, and Philosophy from the University of Ghana.
