US West Regional Market Lead - Future Energy at GHD

Kim Domptail has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. They started their career as a Research Intern at Tongji University in 2006, followed by a Research Internship at BRGM in 2007. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant Analyst at PA Consulting Group. From 2010 to 2014, Kim worked as a Senior Associate at Tetra Tech, focusing on international development projects in Latin America and Asia in the biogas, environment, climate change mitigation, and waste/wastewater sectors. This involved working on projects funded by USAID, USEPA, IDB, UNDP, and WB in multiple countries. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Project Manager at Naldeo. Currently, Kim is working at GHD, where they have held multiple roles including Business Group Leader for Waste Management in the US West Region and Project Manager. Their most recent role at GHD is the US West Regional Market Lead for Future Energy.

Kim Domptail has an extensive education history in the field of engineering. In 2003, they attended Classes Préparatoires at Lycée Masséna in Nice, France, where they studied Maths and Physics. Kim then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, graduating in 2009.

In the same year, Kim also completed a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.

Additionally, Kim has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft certifications in various data science and analysis courses through edX. Kim earned the Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification in Environmental Engineering from NCEES in 2012.
