Mark Burke-Damaschke

Mark Burke-Damaschke is an experienced operations manager and architect with a diverse professional background spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for GHD in the NZ Pacific region since March 2022, Mark previously held significant leadership roles at MODE / Design Group, where responsibilities included strategic development and project delivery in New Zealand's architectural market. Mark also served as Partner and National Manager of Architecture at Opus Architecture, overseeing 130 architectural staff across nine studios and directing major projects for key clients. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Holder Mathias Architects and Rod Robinson Associates, focusing on international project development and management. Mark's educational background includes advanced leadership training at Harvard Business School and degrees from the University of Michigan and Oxford Brookes University.
