Renee Brennan

Renee Brennan is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Rewards Specialist in GHD's Global Rewards team since July 2013, focusing on Core Job Architecture. Previously, Renee held roles including People Business Partner for special projects, where responsibilities included leading global HRIS implementation for multiple countries and redesigning GHD's Job Architecture. Earlier experience encompasses HR Advisor and Learning & Development Coordinator, managing training programs, recruitment, onboarding, and employment relations. Additionally, work as HR Coordinator involved various generalist HR functions and performance management. Prior to GHD, Renee worked as a Logistics Manager for freelance events, including the London 2012 Olympic Games, and served as Operations Manager at innovision events, overseeing HR functions and office management. Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from The University of Auckland and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Auckland University of Technology.
