Terence Blythman

Terence Blythman is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles since 2005. Currently serving as the Service Line Lead and Technical Director for Project Management at GHD, Terence has been involved in significant projects, including the North East Link Project and the Level Crossing Removal Program. Previous positions include consulting at the Department of Justice for the Ararat Prison Project, overseeing technology infrastructure delivery, and directing sensitive Building the Education Revolution (BER) projects. Terence also contributed to the Australian Institute of Project Management as the Chair of the Professional Advancement Committee. An alumnus of Bond University with a Master’s degree in Project Management, Terence emphasizes the importance of structured project management to achieve successful outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
