Rea O’Grady

Rea Candra Oktaviara is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various strategic roles. Currently serving as the Business Unit Director at SEVEN Retail Group since July 2023, Rea previously held significant positions at Zenius, including AVP of Business & Strategy and Head of Business from March 2021 to July 2023. Rea's educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where involvement included the Enterprise Management Track and significant data analysis projects. Prior to this, Rea was the Chief Marketing Officer at Cloufa and a Product Manager Intern at Tokopedia. A foundational career at Honeywell spanned over five years, where Rea progressed from Field Technical Consultant to Career Development Engineer, mastering various operational aspects in both Chicago and India. Rea holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
