Vivian Song has a comprehensive work experience in finance positions. Vivian started as a Senior Financial Analyst at Tesco in 2007, where they tracked expenses and provided monthly financial analysis reports. Vivian then joined LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics as a Business Planning Manager, handling budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly/quarterly/year-end closing. In 2016, they became a Regional Controller at MAKE UP, overseeing financial analysis, business controlling, and consolidation and reporting activities for the APAC region. Vivian moved to SEPHORA in 2019 as a Finance Manager, where they set up the entire finance function for a new market, including operation flows, SAP implementation, and local store management. Currently, they are the Head of Finance at ghd, responsible for setting up and leading the finance function for Asia, including China market entry and building the finance team across Asia.

Vivian Song received a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they also hold a certification from CPA (Certified Public Accountant) institution called CICPA, although it is not specified when exactly they obtained this certification.
