Enrique Cubeiro

Enrique Cubeiro serves as the Director de Ghenova Ciberseguridad since January 2023, with a distinguished career in cybersecurity and military operations. As a Navy Captain in the Spanish Navy since October 2013, Cubeiro has led as Chief of Operations for the Spanish Joint Cyber Command. Previous roles include membership on the board of Arco Atlántico Ciberseguridad y Entorno Digital, Head of the Cyberdefence Area at the Defence Procurement Division of the SP National Armaments Directorate, and Chef of Staff at the Spanish Joint Cyber Command. Educational qualifications include a Master in Cyberdefense from Universidad de Alcalá and a degree in International Humanitarian Law from Cruz Roja Internacional, among other military and communications certifications.
