Neil Butler

Neil Butler is a seasoned film industry professional with extensive experience in production and development. Since February 2020, Neil has served as Production Manager and previously as Production Coordinator at Ghetto Film School in Los Angeles. Neil contributed as a jury member for the Tally Shorts Film Festival from November 2016 to January 2018, participating in the selection of award-winning films and engaging in discussions about the significance of short films. Prior to this, Neil held the position of Director of Development at Alive Entertainment, overseeing a diverse range of film, television, and internet projects from February 2005 to April 2016. Previous roles include Production Executive at Warp Film, Creative Executive at Myriad Pictures, and various assistant roles, providing a comprehensive background in film production and project management. Neil earned a BFA in Motion Picture, Television & Recording Arts from Florida State University between 1990 and 1995.
