Jack Gunn

Jack Gunn is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data science and engineering. Currently serving as the Team Lead for the Global Data Team at GHGSAT since October 2020, Jack oversees product strategy and the development of algorithms to detect methane emissions using satellite data. Previous roles include Data Scientist/Product Owner on the Global Survey product, where Jack focused on data pipeline and model development for methane detection. Earlier experience includes a Data Analyst position at WatrHub Inc., where Jack transformed unstructured data and created market insights, along with roles in quality control and engineering at Viryl Technologies, Swallow Acoustic Consultants, and ShadeFX. Jack holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
