Rohan Gavande

Rohan Gavande is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Supply Chain Leader at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions since April 2022. Previously, Rohan held multiple senior positions at Kerry, including Sr. Manager, Supply Chain, where responsibilities encompassed driving supply chain improvements and leading S&OP initiatives across multiple sites. Prior to that, Rohan worked at KHS USA INC for over a decade, making significant contributions as Manufacturing Planning and Procurement Manager and Production Control Manager, focusing on strategic sourcing, process improvements, and supply chain optimization. Rohan holds an MBA in General Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by a CPIM certification from APICS.
