Charles Leong

Charles is an investment professional with a background in corporate finance in the healthcare, consumer, and industrial sectors. Prior to GHO, he was with CapVest Partners where he evaluated mid-market investment opportunities in the consumer, healthcare and business services sectors. His responsibilities included deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution; alongside portfolio management where he took on the Interim Head of M&A role at a portfolio company to drive its buy-and-build strategy.

Charles started his career at Barclays Capital in London, where he gained a wealth of financing and transaction experience across M&A, LBOs, leveraged finance transactions and IPOs in the consumer and industrial sectors.

Charles graduated from the University of Warwick and holds a BSc in Economics, Politics, and International Studies. Charles is conversational in Mandarin, and has lived and worked in Singapore and the UK.
