Kevin J Bessy, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles related to design, construction, and management. Kevin J is currently working as the Director of Design and Construction at Ghost Kitchen Brands. In 2020, they founded and served as the CEO of Humdinner, a company that provides drive-thru technology for QSR and retail businesses. Kevin J is also an International Partner for Canada at the World Business Angels Investment Forum. Previously, they held managerial positions in the estimating departments of Drain Bros. Excavating Limited and Tomlinson Group of Companies. Kevin J also served as the Engineering/Estimating Department Manager at Colautti Group and worked as an Estimator at Louis W. Bray Construction Ltd.

Kevin J Bessy, Ph.D. completed their education at Ashford University. Kevin J obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Project Management from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Entrepreneurship, from 2013 to 2014. Lastly, Kevin earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organizational Development & Leadership with a specialization in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from 2014 to 2019.
