Justin Erickson

Justin Erickson has a strong background in engineering and product management. Justin currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Ghost, where they have been since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product Management at Ghost from November 2017 to May 2021. Additionally, they worked as the Interim Vice President of Hardware at Ghost from October 2019 to September 2020.

Before joining Ghost, Justin worked at Cloudera for five years, starting in 2012. During their time at Cloudera, they held various roles, including Senior Director of Product Management and Product Marketing, Director of Product Management, and Senior Product Manager.

Justin's career began at Microsoft in 2006, where they held several significant positions. Justin served as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager for SQL Server, where they led cross-functional teams, co-founded a major engineering investment, and authored technical specifications for distributed systems. Justin was also involved in influencing the roadmap for Windows Distributed Systems Platform and SQL Azure divisions.

Prior to their tenure at Microsoft, Justin worked as a Software Development Engineer in Test Intern at WinFS in 2005. Justin began their professional journey at AT&T Labs, Inc. as a Summer Manager in 2003.

Justin has a proven track record of contributing to the success of various organizations through their technical expertise and leadership skills.

Justin Erickson attended Stanford University from 2002 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Computer Science.
