Divya Sadarangani

Divya Sadarangani is currently the Principal at ghSMART. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Enterprise Performance Management at Pitney Bowes from January 2015 to December 2016. Before that, they were a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2013 to December 2015. Sadarangani obtained their MBA from Yale School of Management in 2013 and they were the Co-President of the South Asian Business Association and a Research Assistant for Indian Economics at the Jackson Institute during their time there. Prior to their MBA, Sadarangani worked as a Relationship Manager for Commercial Banking at HSBC from January 2008 to December 2010.

Divya Sadarangani has an MBA from Yale School of Management, a B.A. in Economics from Fergusson College, and a PGDBM in Marketing and Finance from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad.

Divya Sadarangani reports to Geoff Smart, Chairman & Founder. They are on a team with Chris Trendler - Partner, Brittany Reamer - Executive Assistant, and Ellen Walpert - Chief People Officer.
