Elana Berger Davidovits is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Principal at ghSMART since July 2023, following a significant tenure at Bain & Company where Elana held various leadership roles, including Director of Consulting Programs and Senior Manager. Elana's expertise encompasses strategy, operations, and organizational change management, particularly within the CPG, retail, and healthcare sectors.
