Jennifer Sturman

Jennifer Sturman is the current Principal at ghSMART. Jennifer has also worked with Amazon as the Senior Strategy and Business Development Lead from January 2012 to December 2015. During their time at Amazon, they were responsible for leading strategy, business development, and finance for East Coast offices. Jennifer has also worked with Time Warner from January 2002 to December 2008 where they were responsible for identifying and developing strategic and financial rationale for acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships.Jennifer Sturman is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Victory White Metal and the Co-Founder and VP, Business Development of Cencit.

Jennifer Sturman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School with Distinction (top 10%). Jennifer also has an AB in Jennifer'story & Literature from Harvard University, Magna Cum Laude.

Jennifer Sturman reports to Geoff Smart, Chairman & Founder. They are on a team with Jeanette Messina - Executive Assistant, Stephen Kincaid - Principal, and Kym Mansbridge - Executive Assistant.
