Katie Kline

Katie Kline is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ghSMART. In her role, she is responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies aimed at identifying and recruiting top candidates for ghSMART.

Prior to joining the ghSMART team, Katie was a Customer Success Associate at Recruiter.com where she served as a strategic advisor on candidate sourcing and hiring strategies, partnering with clients across a multitude of industries. Previously, Katie worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at a retained search firm with a focus on the Management Consulting space.

Katie holds a BS in Maritime Administration from Texas A&M University and currently resides in Charleston, SC.
