Pam Keenan Fritz

Pam Keenan Fritz is the Chief People Officer of ghSMART where she leads recruitment, professional development and talent operations. Prior to joining ghSMART, Pam was Chief People Officer at Rad Power Bikes and oversaw their accelerated growth. Previously, she was SVP of Global Talent at Axiom where she led the lawyer recruitment, retention and learning and development across 17 global markets. Earlier in her career, Pam was a general manager at Expedia Inc, leading their corporate travel businesses in APAC and North America. She was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in London and the West Coast USA, and she also served as a policy adviser at HM Treasury in the U.K. focused on EU, international finance and devolution architecture.

Pam has a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and was a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School in the International Tax Program. She lives in Seattle, Washington.
