Jeffrey Bays

Jeffrey Bays has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Jeffrey started their career in 1992 at Dura Automotive Systems LLC, where they served as an Engineering Supervisor for eight years. In 2000, they joined Donnelly Corporation as a Product Engineer before moving to GHSP in 2001. At GHSP, they currently hold the position of Chief Engineer.

Jeffrey Bays holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. In 2020, they pursued further education in Systems Engineering, specializing in Architecture and Systems Engineering: Models and Methods to Manage Complex Systems, through MIT xPRO. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "De-Escalating Intense Situations" and "Customer Service: Serving Internal Customers" from LinkedIn in 2021.
