Charlene Hwang

Charlene Hwang has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Charlene most recently worked as the Director of Finance at Ghost since March 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at Faire, where they served as the Strategic Finance Lead from 2021 to March 2023, and as a Strategic Finance Senior Associate from 2020 to 2021. Before joining Faire, Charlene worked at Bank of America as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst from 2018 to 2020. Charlene also has experience in leadership roles, as the Director of Logistics for the Intercollegiate Business Conference at Harvard Undergraduate Women In Business in 2017. Additionally, Charlene worked as an Investment Banking Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as a Data Visualization Teaching Fellow at Harvard University in the same year. Charlene gained further experience as an Associate Business Manager and Publishing Manager at The Harvard Crimson from 2015 to 2017, and as a Corporate Banking Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2016. Charlene's early work experience includes a research assistant role at the University of Cantabria in 2015.
