Gerson Santos

Gerson Santos is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and people management. Currently serving as the Director of People and Management at GHT - Grupo Hidrau Torque since July 2022, Gerson oversees all subsystems within the HR domain. Previously, Gerson held a senior role at Cacau Show from 2012 to 2022, where significant achievements included the development of a corporate university, implementation of a distance education system, and enhancements in employee engagement and organizational climate. Experience also includes positions at Tempo Assist, Atento do Brasil, and Skill Idiomas, with a focus on training and development, culture alignment, and leadership advancement.
