Emma Louise Taylor currently serves as the Group Head of Learning and Development and EDI for Gi Group UK & Ireland, overseeing the strategic alignment of stakeholder needs and the implementation of effective learning solutions to foster an engaged workforce. With experience as a Group Trainer and Recruitment Consultant, Emma managed a diverse client portfolio and prioritized customer satisfaction. Previously, as Branch Manager at Gi Group Scunthorpe, Emma consistently surpassed budget targets while managing a successful recruitment branch across various sectors. Emma began a career in the fitness industry as a Fitness Instructor at Doncaster Dome after completing education at South Leys Comprehensive School.
