Tristan Wang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tristan started their career in 2011 as a Consultant at Robert Walters and then moved on to work as a Consultant at Lloyd Morgan Asia from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they worked as a Manager at 北京智益泰能咨询有限公司 from 2014 to 2015. Tristan then joined Impetus Consulting. Recruitment/Training/Consulting as a Director from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they took on the role of Manager-IT & Internet at Wyser, the International Company within Gi Group. At Wyser, they were responsible for searching and selecting specialized middle and senior management specialists. In 2019, they also joined Gi Group as a Corporate Sales Director, where they handled human resource recruiting and staffing total solution design. Currently, Tristan holds the position of Strategic Account Manager - China at Gi Group. Tristan is responsible for various business functions including temporary and permanent staffing, BPO, RPO, IT outsourcing, flexible staffing, mid-senior level search & selection, etc. Tristan serves as the client contact window from end to end.

Tristan Wang completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Electronic Business from The Northern University for Nationalities, China, from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business.
