Marie Rabb

Marie Rabb is the SVP & Chief People Officer at the Gemological Institute of America. Marie has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has held leadership positions at Catalyst Health Network, Pivotal Transformations, and S&P Global.

At Catalyst Health Network, Marie transformed and scaled talent and HR capabilities for high growth, health services company by engaging leaders, managers and the organization at large to shape a best-in-class employee experience that delivers on the organization's purpose.

At Pivotal Transformations, Marie was responsible for designing employee retention agreements to address attrition in key markets. The agreements were 90% effective.

At S&P Global, Marie was a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the largest division of Fortune 500 and the People Function. Marie propelled a team of 45 Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP), Learning Specialists, and Employee Relations members to drive the division talent strategy for the global division of 3000 employees and managed a budget of $12M. Marie also presented to the Ratings Board on talent and compensation semi-annually. In addition, they provided thought leadership and design for the HR operating and service delivery model. Furthermore, they oversaw the collective bargaining strategy and implemented renewed agreements for the enterprise. Marie Rabb has a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, with a focus in General Management and Human Resources Management. Marie is also a Certified Coach with an Advanced Coaching Certification from Columbia University. Marie Rabb has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Marie'story from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, they have completed leadership training from Stagen Leadership Academy, and has various certifications in leadership from different organizations, including the Leadership Circle, the Association for Talent Development, CRR Global, and the International Coach Federation-North Texas Chapter. Marie also has a certification in SHRM - Certified Professional from SHRM.
