Tammy started their career at Too Faced Cosmetics as the Chief Financial Officer. Tammy was responsible for leading the teams in finance, accounting, and operations. Tammy was also responsible for supply chain including inventory purchasing, planning and allocation, and customer service.

During their time at Too Faced Cosmetics, Tammy closed the sale of the company in less than 90 days at a sale price of $1.45 billion. Tammy also implemented a new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and the Atlas reporting tool while simultaneously completing the integration of accounting and financial reporting.

After Tammy left Too Faced Cosmetics, they became the Director at Gemological Institute of America. In this role, they are responsible for leading the organization's financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and risk management functions.
