Heather Lynn Feather

Heather Lynn Feather is an experienced professional with a diverse background in eCommerce strategy, innovation, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy, eCommerce, and Innovation at Giant Eagle, Inc. since January 2015, Heather has held various leadership roles including Director of eCommerce Strategy & Retail Innovation and Director of MicroFulfillment. Prior to Giant Eagle, Heather worked at PNC as a Business Analyst III and at Pepsi Beverages Company, where responsibilities included long-term production planning, supply chain optimization, and supervisory roles in product availability. Heather holds an M.B.A. in Information Systems and Operations from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine.
