Jill Sinkhorn has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and benefits management. Jill started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at The Cedars of Monroeville in 2002. Later, they joined Giant Eagle, Inc. and progressed through different roles including Leave Coordinator, HR Generalist, Regional Team Member Relations Manager, Manager of Absence Administration & Retirement, Senior Benefits Manager, Director of Benefits, and eventually became the Vice President of Total Rewards. Throughout their career, they have contributed to the implementation of various programs and initiatives, such as bringing benefits administration in-house, streamlining wellness programs, integrating acquisitions, and managing complex benefit structures. Jill Sinkhorn has displayed strong leadership skills and expertise in compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Jill Sinkhorn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University, which they attended from 1998 to 2001.
