Vijay T

Vijay T has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2001 as an HR Generalist at GTL Limited. Vijay then worked at Dell as a Senior Human Resource Advisor and later as a Regional Human Resources Generalist and Learning and Development Advisor. In 2011, they joined VF Corporation as a Senior HR Manager for South Asia and later moved to Walmart as a Leader for HR Strategy in the Eastern Hemisphere and Head of Human Resources for India and South Asia. In 2016, they became the Head of Human Resources at IPsoft before joining smartShift as the VP of Global Human Resources. Currently, they are the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources and Operations at Giant Eagle, Inc. Throughout their career, Vijay has built and led HR teams, developed HR strategies, managed HR operations, and implemented talent management and development initiatives.

Vijay T has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bangalore University. Vijay also holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Christ University in Bangalore. Vijay has further education in Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in DDI Training, Six Sigma Green Belt, Achieve Global Coaching, and Achieve Global Adult Learning Techniques. Vijay has also received training in the Birkman Tool.
