Christy Fritch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christy began their career at Guess? as a Co-Manager before being promoted to Store Manager. In these roles, they successfully recruited and trained staff, and provided growth and development opportunities for associates. Christy then worked as a Store Manager at Hallmark, where they contributed to the overall success of the business and implemented marketing tactics to increase sales volume. At New York & Company, they served as a Store Sales Leader, responsible for recruiting and training associates and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Christy then transitioned to ANN INC., where they excelled as a Store Manager, recruiting and fully training a team of sales associates and managers, and analyzing market trends in the retail industry. Christy then joined rue21 as an HR Business Partner, where they recruited and filled leadership positions, and developed and taught training courses. Currently, they are working at Giant Eagle, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and has held positions as Director, HRBP Pharmacy, and Director, HRBP Pharmacy & GetGo. Christy Fritch attended Washington & Jefferson College from 2007 to 2011 and earned a B.A. degree in English/Communication. In 2008, they also studied abroad at Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia.
