Rachel Yang

Rachel Yang is a partner at Giant Leap, Australia's first 100% impact venture capital fund, where the focus is on investing in scalable businesses that achieve financial returns alongside social and environmental impact. In addition, Rachel serves as a member of the Equity Investment Attraction Fund Advisory Board for the Victorian Government and previously held the position of Chair at Startup Victoria, a prominent grassroots organization for startup founders. Previous roles include Investment Manager at Impact Investment Group, member of the Innovation Taskforce with the Victorian Government, and Senior Executive at KPMG Australia, where contributions included advisory services for significant projects like the $11 billion Metro Tunnel initiative. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Melbourne and a GAICD designation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
