Previous roles include Investment Manager at Impact Investment Group, member of the Innovation Taskforce with the Victorian Government, and Senior Executive at KPMG Australia, where contributions included advisory services for significant projects like the $11 billion Metro Tunnel initiative. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Melbourne and a GAICD designation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
