Therese Sletten

Therese Sletten has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Therese is currently the Managing Director at Giant Leap Technologies AS and Chair of the Board at Visma Resolve AS.

Prior to their current positions, Therese held multiple roles at Visma, including Board Member Visma Idella, Chairman of the Board, Board member Visma Raet, Director Strategic Initiatives, and Director Strategic Initiatives Visma Enterprise Division. In these roles, they were involved in leading the strategic growth of Visma Competence Centers across multiple countries, establishing new centers, and driving strategic initiatives in the Enterprise Division.

Therese also served as a Project Manager for Enterprise Lean Support, where they focused on streamlining support processes and tools and implementing self-service and AI in the support organization. Therese has experience as a Sourcing Director and Manager, focusing on sourcing strategies and management. Additionally, they worked as a Quality and Risk Coordinator, implementing ISO 9001 Quality systems and Lean practices.

Therese Sletten holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), which they obtained in 2006. Therese then pursued a Master's degree in Strategy and Business Administration at the same institution from 2006 to 2008. In 2007, Therese also spent a year as an exchange student at the Athens University of Economics and Business, where they continued their Master's studies in Business Administration.
