Lennon Johnson III has a diverse work experience in various industries. Lennon began their career as a Jr. Paralegal at Fragomen in 2017. Lennon then worked as a Paralegal at Goel & Anderson, LLC from 2017 to 2019, where they processed employment-based visa petitions and drafted immigration applications. In 2019, Lennon joined EB5 Capital as a Paralegal, coordinating documentation and managing investment transactions.
Lennon's experience also includes working as a Teaching Artist at the Gately Youth Ctr from 2015 to 2019, where they organized workshops on performing arts and promoted creativity and self-expression among youth. Lennon further expanded their skills by serving as a Supervisor/Server at National Amusements from 2013 to 2018.
More recently, Lennon worked at NeighborWorks America as a Paralegal in the Office of General Counsel. Their responsibilities included performing research, managing intellectual property, supporting board governance, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.
Lennon's most recent positions include serving as an Apprentice at the Marcus Graham Project, a Creative Strategist at 4thQuarter Media, a Creative Strategist at Dfrntcloth Creative, and currently as an Art Director at Giant Spoon.
Lennon Johnson III attended Denison University from 2010 to 2014. During their time there, they double majored in Creative Writing and Black Studies. Lennon earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Creative Writing and Black Studies. Their field of study included creative writing and the exploration of Black experiences and culture.
