Michael J. Dolce

Michael J. Dolce has built a diverse professional background with extensive experience in educational support and behavior management roles, currently serving as a Program Assistant at Giant Steps Inc. since May 2024. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Registered Behavior Technician and Paraprofessional at the Cooperative Association for Special Education from June 2023 to March 2024. Michael's earlier positions include serving on a Behavior Response Team and as an Instructional Teaching Assistant at Helping Hand Center from November 2019 to May 2023, and as a Project Manager at LumQuest Distribution LLC. Additionally, Michael has held various seasonal positions, including work with the Chicago Cubs Grounds Crew and as a Pre-Professional Boat Attendant for the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County. Michael's educational journey includes ongoing studies towards an Associate of Arts Degree at the College of DuPage, alongside prior attendance at Mary Baldwin University and Augustana College.
